Breaking the jinx of Patch Tuesday (second Tuesday of the month), responding to the concerns of the security community and to combat cyber crooks, Microsoft instigated a significant security fix for Windows, where security update is being pushed out to Windows users through Automatic Updates and also be available on Windows Update.
According to Microsoft,
An attacker could exploit the vulnerability by constructing a specially crafted Web page or HTML e-mail that could potentially allow remote code execution if a user visited the Web page or viewed the message.
You may reckon it an admirable move since it would surely put rein on cyber criminals who have been using Internet Explorer to attack Windows PCs.
