HOW-TO: Rip DVD’s in one click

Are you sick of renting a DVD and just getting an hour to go through it… Well then the better way is to Rip that DVD and save it in your computer for future use. Ripping a DVD is a much easy task with this one-click Rip solution. There are two steps to install your own one click DVD rip solution: 1) Download and set up DVD shrink: The first step is to install DVD shrink. Click here to download the free software. Install the application in your default Program Files folder. Then go through a trial run of ripping a DVD. First of all put a DVD in your computer and run the just installed DVD Shrink. Hit the Open Disk button and wait for a minute or so for the application to analyze your disk. After the analyzing is complete you will see the DVD structure and the compression settings. Now hit the Backup button and specify the destination folder and name the DVD according to your choice. Hit OK button and the backup will begin. At this point cancel the rip and try with your own one-click rip but be sure that all the files that have already been ripped have been deleted. 2) The one-click DVD rip This is where the AutoHotkey comes into action. I’ve added some scripts that can be covered into a single executable file. First load your DVD and double click the Automatic DVD Rip executable file. Enter the name of the DVD which should be a unique one every time you rip. Press enter and you are done…! Download the source script here. You can also burn DVD’s which you have just ripped.
