John Drury is here with awesome tips on how Mac users can make the best out of their dream machine with these free five applications.
First one is Sidenote that like stickies do not mess the desktop or dashboard, it hides on either side of your desktop and expands when you need it. In Sidenote you can insert PDF files, pictures, and can alter formatting and color.
Second one, Xee is a kind of small image-viewing program equipped with transformation, rename, rotation, copy and delete, which replaces ‘the Preview‘. Xee unwrap every image format including QuickTime or Preview can present, also it can view through entire directories of media and can show animated gif images
Uno gives a slick gradient look to its every app use and unified look to OS X.
VLC is a free media player that unlike QuickTime can play everything. VLC has every codecs and can play video formats which are in vogue like XviD and DivX. Though not free initially but now Flip4Mac is a free plug-in for QuickTime that allows for the playback of downloaded or embedded Windows Media files.
