Eaton’s remote monitoring and diagnostic services help maximize system reliability and protect critical infrastructure equipment. Monthly reporting also assists our customers in making proactive management decisions, such as scheduling preventive maintenance, planning for system upgrades and capacity expansion. Based on our research and customer meetings, extending Eaton’s ability to remotely monitor its most popular single phase Powerware UPS models as well as making eNotify easy for customers to quickly install will be a big hit among busy IT managers looking for a complete power solution.
