Here I have compiled a list of 10 good applications for Mac OS X.

1) RapidWeaver

This is a Website designing application, is very easy to use and it allows you to author your own blog pages or generic HTML pages and you can easily publish your page by simply clicking on the ‘Publish’ button. This application is priced at $39.95.
2) iClip

It provides an improved clipboard functionality and you can copy items in separate bins and when you want to paste any item you can select which bin you want to paste it from. You can set the bin for any type of the data and iClip will automatically copy that its respective bin. This application is priced at $19.95.
3) Virtue Desktops

This application allows you to have multiple desktops on the same system. It also has a good interface and provides locking function for any or all the desktops. This application does not bear a price tag also and is absolutely free.
4) AppZapper

This is the application which I think that Apple must have forgot to integrate in their OS X. It is an uninstaller application which allows you to uninstall applications from your Mac OS X. Now there is no need to go searching for files and deleting them if you have to uninstall certain applications that you don’t need. This application is priced at $12.95 and includes free upgrades for life.
5) Plaxo

Plaxo provides collaborative features for sharing your contacts with friends or subscribing to other Plaxo member’s contacts. This is also a free application but has a premium subscription for $49.95/year.
6) Yep

This is a great application for managing your PDF files. With this application you can tag you PDF files and then easily search them using the tags. It also has a scanner which allows you to store papers in a much efficient tagged manner. This application is also free.
7) OmniGraffle

This is one of my favorite applications. It allows you to line up multiple objects in your diagram and you don’t even have to think about how the objects should be lined up, it just tells you how to drag the objects for a custom fit. This is also the most expensive application and is priced at $79.95.
8) Pzizz

Pzizz is a power-nap generator that is backed by a scientifically proven system to boost energy and productivity of your Mac. The UI is simple and performs efficiently. The application is bearing a price tag of $39.95.
9) Stellarium

It’s a really nice planetarium software that shows us the sky in 3D images. It allows you to browse the night sky anywhere in the world. With many interesting features this application should be downloaded on every Mac system. This is also a free application.
10) Xtorrent

Xtorrent is the latest P2P client and is very impressive. It has a very easy to use UI design and allows you to search the web for torrents and also does a nice job of managing the downloads. This application is also free.
